To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Decoded and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any actions we take or fail to take as a result of communications you send to us
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any errors or omissions in our content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of our services

In any event, our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
