Yes. Assurance is designed for clients who've completed a 5-Day Sprint with us. We need to build (or audit) your systems before we can monitor them.

What counts as a "monthly enhancement"?

Any small feature or improvement that takes less than 4 hours. Examples: adding a new notification trigger, connecting a new tool, tweaking AI prompts for better accuracy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Just give us 30 days notice and we'll hand over all documentation and credentials.

What if I need a bigger change?

Larger projects (new workflows, major integrations) are scoped separately. Assurance clients get 20% off all additional Sprint work.
